Indoor Air Quality:
DCSPE has a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) on staff
with over a decade of experience in water damage evaluations, mold/mildew
assessments and evaluations of commercial and residential properties for
various indoor air quality issues. Our assessments and evaluations have
assisted numerous insurance carriers and homeowners in determining causes of
mold contamination and other environmental concerns (mercaptan odors, pests/infestation
odors and reactions, excess indoor humidity, etc).
DCSPE has Certified Residential Mold Inspectors on staff and has performed
numerous investigations of residential properties for air quality issues
after water losses or at time of title/deed transfer. DCSPE follows the
guidelines and standards provided in the IESO Standards of Practice for
the Assessment of Indoor Environmental Quality (Volume 1).
